Sims 3 Crashes at Loading Screen. [SOLVED]

Ok guys I've bought the base Sims 3 game and downloaded generations, ambitions and town life stuff from you guys (thanks so much btw). But I recently downloaded world adventures (also from you guys) and installed it, following the ultimate fix guide. Now the sims just crashes when it reaches about halfway into the loading screen after selecting the town.

Thanks, but none of those worked, there also seems to be a zoom on the sims and their estate on the selection screen which occurred at the same time as the crash.

Please try as following:

1. Uninstall World Adventures.
2. Restart your PC.
3. Start the game and see if it works fine.

If yes, please continue:

4. Close the game and install World Adventures following these instructions:

Open the .rar file you downloaded using only WinRar, which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org . (If you use any other software than WinRar, like WinZip or 7-zip, the files will get messed up!)
When you've opened the file using WinRar, select áll the files in it and drag & drop them to a folder on your Desktop. When the extraction is done, close the .rar file and open the folder on your Desktop.
Now, start by reading the included "# Installation Guide.txt" and you should be able to get the game to work yourself. Good luck!

Still doesn't work even when I uninstall World Adventures, should I just uninstall the base game and then try reinstalling it, then World Adventures?

In that case the problem isn't caused by World Adventures.
Please do as following:

1. Completely uninstall The Sims 3 + All expansions and everything else. (Be sure to make a savegame backup)
2. Restart your PC.
3. Reinstall everything following these instructions and don't do anything else: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
4. Let us know the result below.

Yup, re-installing everything fixed it, and World Adventures works now, thanks for the help.
