Hi,
I followed instructions from this topic https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t4599-sims-3-showtime-no-game-disk-found but it didn't help at all. Hello,
Your problem is that you forgot the actual crack. Don't worry, it's a common mistake.
Open the fix and look for the #crack folder and open it. Copy both files to the folder you're showing here and enjoy the game.

I had this issue. Do you get an Windows Crash Error saying Sims 3 Has stopped working? If so, I may be able to help with your problem.

It's also very good you didn't have my issue where it didn't work. I had a guide written out, but read what happened so I saved and deleted it so if another poor member gets the same problem, I can quickly respond!
