Problem with the Sims 3 Pets.[SOLVED]

Hi! I'm Italian, so please excuse me for my bad English. I hope you can help me fix the problems I get with the game. I downloaded from here the base game and the following expansions: Late Night, Town Life Stuff and Pets. I've applied all the fixes from your Ultimate Fix rar file, updated the game, removed the mods and put all the .exe files in the Dep. Still, I got this issue: the game loads fine, until it gets to the screen for the selection of the saved game. Here, I get a message that says that the Pets CD game is not inserted and it asks me to leave or retry. Of course I don't have any CD, and I don't know how to fix this... My system is Windows 7. I get the message that I have installed an unofficial... I don't know, something (unknown English word here, hehe), that should come up with your fix. I really hope you can help me, thank you very much

Uoops! I checked before posting, but it looks like I missed a thread
with the same issue ^^'' I'll try using the manual patch. Still, I have a
question: will the game work fine if I change the language using the
regedit? Instead of having en-US, I usually type it-IT, in Local.

It doesn't work... when I start the patch, a message says: "the setup has detected that version 1.33.002 of The Sims 3 is already installed", and asks me if I want to install the update anyway, and I install it. The game has the same problem, but I don't get the message at the beginning about the unofficial content.
