Sims 3 Pets problem.[SOLVED]

Hi I recently installed sims 3 pets and I used the ultimate fix for the crack and everything was working great, however when I started playing live mode I tried to buy some new furniture and it wouldn't let me. It said that I couldn't put that down in the lot (which was residential obviously) and when I try to move the furniture the game crashes and turns off. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Do you have any Mods or Custom Content?

I don't think I have any mods but I have quite a lot of custom content but it all worked perfectly fine before I installed Sims 3 Pets (and still does) I've also downloaded a skin if that's any help.


I deleted the skin file and started the game up again but the exact same thing happened, but it seems like it just crashes if I go onto build mode no matter if I try to move something or not.

Please remove (read: backup) ALL Custom Content and then restart the game and try again.

Hi I uninstalled all of the custom content but it still doesn't work. I meant to mention it also comes up with an error message when I first launch the game and it says "It looks like you have installed and unofficial game modificatoin that does not match your current version of The Sims 3. We recommend that you either uninstall these game modifications or get updated versions of them - otherwise you may experience crashes of significant bugs"

I started getting these messages after I used the crack for the base game from the ultimate fix.

My base game is version 1.26.89.013002. And my game is currently updated to 10.0.96.013001.
I also have Sims World Adventures installed if that helps (Although I didn't use the crack for that because I have the disk for that.)

Hi, thank you for the download after I updated the error message didn't show up the start. However once the game loaded up it said the disk was invalid, will I do the ultimate fix again?
