I downloaded the ultimate fix crack for my sims 3 Pets game and now I cant buy anything in buy mode, it is all greyed out and says 'cannot buy on this lot type' or something to that effect, also every single thing is missing from the buy mode. Its strange because I can still build.

It worked perfectly fine before this with the CD so I don't know what has happened, can anyone help?

(I tried looking for a solution to the grey out on google but it all pointed to the official forums and they are down and have been for ages.)

Hello,

It sounds like there could be a mod conflict.
If you have any, disable them for the moment. Go to (my) documents\electronic arts\the sims 3 and drag&drop the mods folder to your desktop, then start the game.
