CAN'T UPDATE!

When trying to update my game from version 1.48.005 to version 1.50.56 i get a "update error: invalid file found" message

anyone know what to do?

NOT to update yet! There's not a fix out yet, so if you update, your game will NOT work until Admin posts the new fix.

this might be nothing but when I started up my sims3 launcher it says there is an update "TS3EP303_6.5.1.011037" but when I click update nothing happens, I tried going into Origin as I bought most of the my sims 3 game through there but there's nothing there. And at the bottom where it shows which expansions you have it only shows up to Late night (when I have up to 70's, 80's, 90's stuff). So I was wondering if WHEN this ultimate fix comes out it will fix this or if it's something else?

you can update, just, replace the crack files for original ones, then update the game, put the noCD mod, and that's it, well, that's how I did it (the thing is that I can't play from the launcher but from the application file)

crack files? from the ultimate fix? I already did that. what and where is the noCD mod?

not crack files, you need to have original files instead of crack files, you can download them here:

You put that on Mods/Packages folder

Sorry for the late reply!
It's not recommended to use the NoCD Mod as a permanent solution.

i jus spent forever n a day reinstall the sim3 and now when i open it i have NO expansions now they all disappeared....it asks to do the update to 1.5 or something...what do i do??

update it to 1.5 and then use the fix for the crask,read the manual very close (wich comes with the fix)

im installing seasons and supernatural now which are on the list of required games...so when i open the sims installer update then follow the instructions posted..correct?
