i have followed all the thing to do aplly the patches how it says to but it still crashing and just stops working

Did you apply the manual patch and the latest fix?
Are you getting a specific error?
Which expansions do you have?

i did apply the patch fix and all the expansions and it just crashes and shuts down and i get the sims 3 is not responding
