Error Code 12

Error Code 12

I'm really tired of this error. I hadn't got this error for a while but yesterday it started showing again. Please, is there any fix or tip for avoiding it. Please give me some help.

I have tried all of'em but, no diifrence. I guess my town is too heavy. Damn.

I just got the message again. It's really nerving on my mind. It's not been too long that i've changed my neighborhood but again, I got it. I have a question: If I buy a ASUS N53 (Info here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220997), will that message still show up & i will face lots of lags?

Nice Xmas tree...
I'm not sure what to tell you. I'm on an ancient pc that only barely meets TS3's system requirements and the game runs reasonably nonetheless with all expansions, a list of mods and all medium quality settings. I'm even using high quality settings for my blog screenshots and I don't get a lot of lag. Well, with the medium settings. I doubt I'll be able to play without frustrating myself to bits if I kept using the high quality settings.
And I only got error code 12 once, and never again after I started using errortrap.
Try not to run any unnecessary programs in the background when you play, and try different ways to save, like save as, or saving in "edit town" mode.
