The Sims 3 Store Updates installation problem!

Hello all ,The Sims 3 Store Updates installation problem!
All sets I downloaded from the site, and all are installed but not appear in my game, What can I do.. .. I have all Stories and I cannot play none of them.

Hello Lady ElDi , still the same problem with The Sims 3 Store, all installations successfully, but when I enter the game do not see anything that I installed.

After all successfully install, I start the game and I still do not see anything there..something is wrong with the Store i think?
