Problem Installing Some Store Updates/Packages -The Sims 3-

There's the problem:

So you can see I have everything installed.
And the real problem is:

What can I do to fix this? Please Help me...

Oh, and you can see in that picture some things with an exclamation sign, but there's one more thing that does not have that sign so I can click install but still it doesen't work! (it is a world - Riverview - )

So you installed everything with the sims3pack files I'm assuming seeing as they are in the launcher browser. First of all, are all of your games up to date?

Hello,
It looks as if there's something wrong with your install. Your game isn't up to date and in the image of your launcher I can see a number of expansionpacks aren't showing up. If you look closely at the icons in the lower left corner of the launcher, you can see that the base game, OLS and generations aren't highlighted as the other expansionpacks are.
Please apply the fix (the link is in my signature below) and take care to read the instructions carefully.

Ok, right now I'm downloading that 644 mb patch...
As soon as I get to install it I will post here. But I don't know if I'll fix the problem this week (in case this patch does not work) because I will have a surgery on Thursday.

Edit - oh and btw I tried to install some patches but they did not work... I don't know what version of patch I need to install
