Problem installing The Sims 3 Pets. [SOLVED] Empty Problem installing The Sims 3 Pets. [SOLVED]

I am having a little trouble during the installation process
for The Sims 3 Pets. It is telling me "Please insert disk 1 that
contains the file Support\Readme\en\en_EULA.rtf."
I
have been to the form and cannot find anything to help me with this
issue. Do you have any advice on what I can do to solve this problem?

i would recommend you downloading a different The Sims 3 Pets
it could be that the disk is missing some files
