The Sims 3 graphics and other problems. [SOLVED]

Hi everyone
I am using Macbook Air that runs OS X 10.7.2 , Processor 1.7 GHz intel core i5, Memory 4GB 1333 MHz DDr3
I downloaded The sims 3 yesterday from thepiratebay the cracked version for mac. My sim's eyes are really messed up plus when you zoom in the clothes are gone and these black things appear over the body. I updated the game thinking it would solve the issue but now when I try to run the game it gives a disc authentication error and tells me to insert the disc.
I also installed the Katy Perry sweet treats but it still gives me the same error. I downloaded the manual patch from here and the disc error went away but then it started asking me to re-enter my registration code. I entered different codes I found on the internet but then it told me the game had been deactivated for security reasons and to contact customer service.

The game runs fine by itself, it's just when I try to update it or install an expansion pack it gives me the disc authentication error.
Is there something wrong with the torrent I downloaded?
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game a couple of times and tried different methods but it doesn't seem to work.
Please help me out.

Just to be sure, please try as following:

1. First download and apply this manual patch: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t3597-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v134-fix-manual-patch-updated
2. Re-download and re-apply our Ultimate Fix (Mac version!): https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems (Read the included instructions VERY carefully and do not skip any steps!)
3. Start the game and let us know the result.
