sorry if this is the wrong spot. wasn't sure where to put it.
when a new ep/sp is released and a new update is released by you guys, do i have to replace all the expansion files or just the base game and the base game crack?
example:
the first couple steps says to replace the bin files of each ep/sp. do i have to do this everytime or are they always the same for the older ep/sp (generation,ambition, etc.)

I'm 99% sure you just update crack in the base game bin for games updated to patch 1.22. Let's get that confirmed by Lady Eldi or the Admin for good measure.

Hello,
That depends on how you plan to update. If you wanted to use the launcher, or a small patch you manually downloaded to update your game, you have to use the entire fix. Otherwise you'll get an "invalid file found" error.
If however you use the cumulative patch we link to here, you don't have to replace anything, except for the crack after the update completes. We recommend using the cumulative patch, but there could be a reason why you can't or don't want to. Which is why the fix has all the files you need to patch in a different way.

hm ok. i normally just use the ultimate fix. so i guess i'll just update everything to be on the safe side.
