The Sims Ambitions InstallShield Wizard error?

The Sims Ambitions InstallShield Wizard error?

Hey, i just downloaded the Sims 3 Ambitions torrent from Pirate Bay earlier today, and have winRAR'd it to desktop and everything.
As soon as i start the install i get this error:
Error Code: -5005 : 0x8000ffff
Error Information:
>Kernel\KernelMedia.cpp (95)
>SetupNew\setup.cpp (851)
PAPP:
PVENDOR:Electronic Arts (http://www.TheSims3.com)
PGUID:910F4A29-1134-49E0-AD8B-56E4A3152BD1

@Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (6002)
IE Version: 8.0.6001.18943
I am also missing a file that has all the install instructions, so could this possibly mean that my download was messed up? I'll try re-downloading while i wait for a response

Hello,
Are you sure you used WinRar to extract the files to (a folder on) your Desktop?
