Sims 3 Late Night Installation Error (???????Installation wizard????????)

Hello there ,
Im currently in the proccess of following this guide : https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly (On the Installing Late Night stage)

I'm trying to run the Sims3EP03Setup , however it comes up with an error , a one that changes every writing to ???????????????? including the option boxes (After a while the install wizard pops up with an window stating that it has failed and asking me whether i wish to retry / abort / exit.)

I have tried all available versions of Late Night , and it seems to do the same for all of them. (I have played Late Night previous and managed to install it without problems however now this isn't the case)
Even when I try to install (not games4theworld version) late night through an iso. image , it act's the same , and won't autorun.

I'm pretty certain I am missing a program / file of some sort on my pc.


Simple diagram : Sims3EP03Setup ----> ????ERROR???? -----> Retry/Abort/Exit (Autorun doesn't even respond) (This happens on all versions of late night)

I'm running a 64-bit machine with 24GB so RAM shouldn't be a problem (ive heard this mentioned on some forums)

And Ideas?

I have tried re-downloading it three times , same thing happens.
(Also tried fixing/repairing with Winrar , if that ever works D:)

Is there anything that can be done in order to avoid a file becoming corrupt during a download?

Edit : (So far ive downloaded about 20 different copies of Sims Late Night , from 3 different sources , all of them have the same problem. However no other expansions caused me any problems - those have been also downloaded.)

Please download them using uTorrent, do not pauze or stop the download when it's downloading.
It could also be caused by a power failure.
