very important...my ivisible sims :(

hi!
i have sims 3 base game,ambitions,generations,late night,show time,pets and all of them have the fixes.The game played succesfully with all expansions.i played only with 1 famly arround a month,good jobs,wonderfull home,4 childrens and suddenly one day i entered the game and tha green boxes with my sims faces was only green and sims faces disapeared.i could see my sims in game but they crashed,they couldnt move.i made a copy of my family,i entered the game, i saved myu family to the library,moved to another town,worked but all the relationships dissapeared...dissapointing.she had 2 children with the other maarriage and she didnt know them.i moved back to my base town,but the relationships still missing.i realized that this couldnt fix...
i still have a copy...can i do something with this copy?i entered to copy but my family diassapear!!nothing at home..no family.i unistalled-reinstalled the game,tha same things.i alos tried this with backup files still the problem.is it a solution to this?can u help me?

no,after unistall all deleted.
the only mods i had was 1-2 hair and some clothes but ala deleted

Did you try to reset your sim? Its used as a cheatcode: resetsim [firstname] [lastname].

Hello,
Ok try something more drastic, go to (My) Documents\Electronic Arts and drag and drop the The Sims 3 folder to your desktop. Open the folder, and copy your saves.
Now start the launcher, that will generate a new The Sims 3 folder, paste your saves in the new folder and start the game, see if that makes any difference.
