Service initialization failed.[SOLVED] Empty Service initialization failed.[SOLVED]

Hello everybody I'm new to this website. I have downloaded the base game, ambitions, diesel , town life stuff and Master suite stuff onto my Mac. I have applied the manual patch, the ultimate fix and the crack. I have done this 3 times but every time I start it up the sims 3 opens but I'm only able to see a black screen befor it crashes and says service initialization failed (0x039e8474). Could somebody please help Help

Hello,

Welcome to the forum.
If you also got the base game from G4TW, that explains your problem. Our base doesn't work right on MAC, and you'll need to get a "RELOADED" version.
After installation, the expansions from G4TW should install and run just fine.
