Exceptions raised

Okay, so I just got showtime on the day that the update was. I installed it and opened it, made my family and all and then my computer restarted (it does that sometimes). I came back and opened it and that's when it said that there was a new update, but it wouldn't update. I figured I had to wait for a new fix to update, so I tried to play, but it had the exceptions raised error when It starts loading.

I tried everything to get rid of it, I deleted all my CC and mods, but it didn't work. I thought the new fix would do the trick, but it didn't so I was just wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of the exceptions raised error that happens everytime I get to the loading screen please help, I love playing the sims Thanks

I am having the same problem. Did the update, the fix and tried opening through Katy Perry Sweet Treats.. First it tells me "It looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification that doesn't match your current version of the sims 3..."

Eventually the game loads but before I can select a city to play I get "Exception raised unhandled page fault on write access to 0x0000000000 Do you wish to debug it?" Yes or no doesn't help anything.

Haven't gotten to play any games yet, hope someone gives us some direction

I can't install any expansions, it says it is not compatible. So should I update the sims game first?
