Sims 3 crash Empty Sims 3 crash

Hi,

My Sims 3 crashes after playing some 15 minutes. When I save within that 15 minutes I can play longer, but after 2 times saving it I get Error 12 when I try to save for the third time.

I have expansion packs: Pets, Diesel Stuff, Ambitions, Fast Lane, and Master Suite Stuff. I Have world Lucky Palms to.

But before I had Fast Lane, Master Suite Stuff, Ambitions and Lucky Palms I had the same problem (when I had only Sims 3 with Pets).

Hi,

I saw that you can move to a new city, but this savegame is in a new city...

So I need to Save As the game?

But then I think I got the problem that the game crashes.. I mean freezes (you are playing and just at a time.. It stops, the time stays at 5:45 (just a preview time) and then I need to close the game with Windows Taskmanager.

Edit: When I check the size of the directory (Twinbrook.sims3) it says: 26,1 MB.

Just what I say, expansions and one extra world: Lucky Palms.

PC Specs:

Intel i7 Core 2670QM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits
Nvidia GeForce 610M.
500GB HDD
4GB RAM
2,20 GHz up to 3,10 GHz via Intel Turbo Technology

Hello,

Ok, play another world for a while just for the sake of testing. Which one have you been experiencing these problems in?
Trying errortrap may also fix this issue, it has for me.

I have it with Sunset Valley and Twinbrook

Didn't have played in other maps.

Edit: How can I install .package files?

Hello,

You can install packages in a framework, there's information and a ready-made framework here. You can ignore the part in the red box though.
