Sims 3 crash

Hi i've been using your sims 3 games for months now and the other day my game just started crashing it will load up but as soon as i click on a wish it crashes i've unistalled them and factory reset my computer i've also used your ultimate fix and i've done the 4 steps from your help section with the DEP and graphics settings I have NO CC or Mods either i hope you can help! thanks

no no error messages at all it starts right up then closes when i click on a wish

oh and if this helps i have the original discs for the base game, late nights, town life, ambitions, and master suite stuff and i use showtime, pets, generations, outdoor living, high end, outdoor, and fast lane from your site

ok so i got it to stop crashing by reinstalling the ultimate fix but i
have a new problem now... i cant save i keep getting error 16 and i have
2 Electronic Arts folders in my documents so when i install custom
content it doesnt work even though it says its installed ive tried
deleting one but after i open the game it comes back!

Hello,
Does it work when you save as instead of save?
Do both folders contain the same data? You may also try this:
Backup your save games and delete both Electronic arts folders and start the game. See if one new folder is generated.

hi! no it doesnt work as save as i dont have that option just save and save amd quit i also tried deleting both folders but they both come back

Hello,Ok as long as save as works, I wouldn't bother trying to fix it. Since it is recommended to save as in stead of save or save&quit to avoid a number of issues.

it doesnt save nd im not sure if its because of the two folders but im just gonna uninstall everything and start over to see if that helps
