The Sims 3: Fast Lane. [SOLVED]

Hi,
I need a little help I downloaded the sims 3 fast lane and I keep getting this error message (posted below). Does anyone know why I keep getting this? Or can you give me better directions as to how to install this game. Hello,

Please open the .rar file you Downloaded using WinRar, which can be Downloaded from www.games4theworld.org .
Do not use any other software, as it will mess up the files. After opening it with WinRar, it should all work fine.
