I cant send my sim on tour Empty I cant send my sim on tour

Hi, i have a few of the downloads for sims3 from you showtime being one of them, i am have been trying to send my sim on tour but it fails over and over again, is this because i cannot register the game? if so how do i get round this problem and if not do you know how to sure this, thanks Fi

Do you have at least 1 registered game? It doesn't matter which one.

Hi, yes i have about 5 registered including the base game, some one has suggested it might be cos i have cc but i cant play without it as ea stuff is terrible, could this be the problem? thanks for answering Fi

No I don't think that's the problem since CC won't even be sent through Simport.
Do you have the latest game version?

Yes i did the latest patch and the fix a few days ago so i am totally up to date

i havent tried sending on tour before, this was my first one, not sure how to tell if they are online but i will check it out again later and let you know if it works or not and if they are online, thanks Fi
