Error 0x024e42f at sims 3.[SOLVED]

Hi there,
oke so i got a problem when i want to start the game and the launcher disappears i got a message that says "the game cannot be started, Initialization of service failed (0x024e42f)"
First of all I installed sims 3 with some expansions updated it to version 1.36 and i got the message, i flollowed your instuctions very carefully. So i uinstalled everything and installed again, and still get the same message. I uinstalled everything again and only installed the sims 3. Then i update it to 1.36 and geuss what ? Still the same message popped up when i start the game, im really desperate now

Hello,
That's an outdated crack, or outdated mods.
I'd start with the crack though, the one from the latest fix is compatible. You'll need at least one of the following expansions: Diesel Stuff, Katy Perry Sweet treats, Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, Pets, Town Life Stuff or Generations.
