Cannot install store content

Hi,
I just had help from admin to fix store install content, we cleared all the cache's but that hasn't worked
need further help please!

i downloaded cc magic but it just crashes when i trys to import downloads

Do you have all current windows updates? I believe cc magic requires visual c+ (something like that).

that may be why, although i read your article about installing in chunks of 20 which seems to be working except for a few files here and there

Is your Windows fully up-to-date? If yes, you should've got the Visual C++ update.
What is the error you get with the files that don't want to install?
