How to set Priority as 'high' forever

Hi, Does anybody know how to set 'Priority' (Windows Task Manager) as 'high' forever ?
Because I have to set priority to 'high' everytime I play Sims 3 and I'm tired of changing it.

Does it actually make a significant difference when you put it on "High"?

Because when I start Sims 3, the Priority is 'normal' and the Memory is about 250k.
After I set it as 'high', memory rises to about 1m and the game goes smooth.
