Create a World Registry Error 0x0175dcbb

I don't know if I can find a solution here, but I've tried everywhere ):

When I say Edit in Game, it asks me if I want to start sims 3, I say yes. but a few seconds later I get this message:

"The Sims 3 unable to start game service failed 0x0175dcbb"

I'm not sure what's wrong, I was told that Error 0x0175dcbb is usually related to registry problems; hence I try posting here ):

Yes I've done everything according to the installation instructions O:
I can run the sims 3 game along with the expansion packs no problem.

Only my Create-A-World cannot go into Edit in game ):

I do the TS3W.exe into the TS3.exe and also moved the existing one away, but when I get to the Loading town screen, I get a notification that says my game stopped working all of a sudden and has to close ):

Nothing on that list is working as well, I tried removing all my CC and mods, but tat didn't work, so I moved on to DEP, and that didn't work either, I ran my computer through the Can-you-run-it program, and it says my computer should run Sims 3 with no problems ):
