Lost installation instructions

Hey,
Is there any way to download the installation instructions only? I have deleted these files and not realised and now I have a new pc and no cd keys. I don't really want to download the entire game files again:/ I can't check my old PC registry for them as I gave it away and and they uninstalled all games before I realised.

Ok, since the installation guides are outdated and you really only need to follow this guide, I'll give you the serials.
