Unwanted sim reseting right after gamesave loading. [SOLVED]

Hey guys I've got a bothering problem.
When I last saved my game & exited it, 2 teens & a child were in school. Now I want to load up my game but after loading it, they are reseted to the house or in front of the school! Why? I removed my Mods folder & started over but same. Should I remove my cc & start over again?

Oh, I'm so sorry I haven't been in the internEt for a while & I wasn't able to see this. I was so busy doing my things cause I got a new connection after about a month. Anyway, that's great & I thank you all for your greetings & really, you made my day! Mamnun.

Yes, Everytime I want to run the game, I delete those caches.

I have it but it was Master Contoller that once showed me a message like this:
Mastercontroller Error : Community School for Gifted
I copied that school which MC had a problem with it to the Libray & then bulldozed the lot & then again replaced it but they are still reseted.
