Dragon Age: Origins-Supported Languages problem

Hi!
First, I want to thank Games4theworld for their continued awesomeness with downloads. I've used the Sim fixes here and they really helped me out.
However, today, when I attempted to install DA: O, when I clicked the setup.exe a message came up saying 'A supported language could not be found. Please contact Bioware.' Is there anything I can so about this?

I think I hear about this error a long time ago. Can't really remember how we got it fixed.
Let's see, did you extract the .rar file using WinRAR?
Also, what is your system language?
