Hi. I have all the genuine expansion packs right up to Diesel. When I installed Diesel, the create a world tool said it was incompatible and to download the latest CAW. I don't have a computer at home and only use the work computer but it has blocks on gaming sites so i can't get to the latest CAW on sims 3. I want to continue using my CAW to make worlds so would really appreciate some help as to where i can find the latest CAW that is not on a gaming site. I have hunted all over the net and am lost. I can only find the older versions. And also, will patching to 1.36 solve this problem. Thank you.

Diesel should have applied the 1.36 patch.

Here is the World Tool just gotten today from the Sims 3 main site.
