Create a World - Edit in Game.[SOLVED] Empty Create a World - Edit in Game.[SOLVED]

I've gotten CAW to work but when I try to edit in game, I get an error. It says "Unable to start game Service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb)." I don't get this error when I play The Sims 3 normally (from the launcher and the TS3.exe file).

I did a quick search and some people say that Ambitions/World Adventures ruined CAW and others say that there is no fix for this.

What is your base game version? 1.29, 1.31, 1.32 or 1.33 etc?

Hello,

Normally that error code suggests a registry error. But we've had a problem a while back, where someone had a similar problem because the CAW-tool starts from TS3 but the game itself starts from TS3W.exe.
Try this: When you're using CAW, drag and drop the TS3.exe onto your desktop, now rename TS3W.exe to TS3.exe and see if CAW will let you edit in game.
Of course, when you're going to actually play, you'll have to undo the changes you made.
