Hey,i was wondering about some of the sets that are not on the mediafire page like may 2012 xompilation and when worlds collide and premuim items like the multitab and other because i cant find them

Hello,

The premium items are part of various sets. I do know that the multitab is part of the "workfromhomeset.sims3pack", in one of the more recent updates. Try June.
