sims 3 sunlit tide won't install Empty sims 3 sunlit tide won't install

so i've downloaded the new world along with the latest store update. the store update for august, successfully installed but then when i try to install the sims 3 sunlit tides it says that it requires a software update. I have installed all the expansion packs until katy perry's sweet treats and it says in my launcher that my game version is 13.0.62. thanks Smile

Hello,

It looks like you have an untouched version of Sunlit tides, either decrapify it, or download a decrapified version here.

i tried to decrapify it but still it didn't work. i also downloaded again the sunlit tides from your media fire account (for the 3rd time) but the same messages appear Sad

Hello,

Please hover your mouse over the base game icon on the launcher, what version does it show? It starts with 1.xx.x .
