Aspect of the city in The Sims 3

Hello I just install in one of my pc , the Sims 3 , with thoses additional pack :
Genaration
Ambition
World adventure
Pets
Show time
And late night

After installed all those pack with the correct way to do it ( like you told us ) , The game start , it works weel until i arrived in any kind of city . At this point the city is'nt fully represent and there is grey spot all over , like triangle and square .
I instal the same games , but world adventure in another pc and it worked fine .
Can you please help me to solve this problem ? thank you
