Sims toddlers [SOLVED]

I was playing my sims family on the weekend and the toddler was being fed in the high chair and the toddler threw food all over the place and no matter how hard i tried, I could not get either of the parents to clean the mess up or take him out of the high chair. I even got the maid in but she refused to go inside the house and do it either. The kid was throwing a tantrum and I couldn't do a thing about it. Anyone have this result when playing with a toddler.

No but I never bother with the high chair. It's so much work compared to the bottle and it doesn't offer any advantages, it's just another option when feeding toddlers.
Though if your toddler becomes stuck in the high chair because no one will go take him out, just reset him (cheatconsole - reset sim [first name] [last name]).
It is life like though, my real toddler throws food around and I'd rather not clean up the mess either

Thanks for that. I did not know about that code and will remember from now on. I had to go and restart my game without saving to get it back to where he was before being in the high chair. From now on, he will be fed on the floor! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!
