Ultimate fix link broken/ not working

Ive tried to download the ultimate fix for Mac through the supplied mirror link and it's not cooperating. I'm gathering the link may be broken or its just extremely busy because of all the requests. If its broken could you please update it with a working link. Thanks a bunch !!
