Sims Game Launcher not working? [SOLVED]

So I installed SP this evening and while trying to install some content, the sims game launcher crashed. And I can't install/unnistall anything new. Any solutions?

Try restarting your computer and then running the launcher. If you still have problems, try updating Origin.
