Mass Effect 1 Issue

Hey, downloaded the game on the Pirates Bay via games4theworld, installed, everything went off without a hitch. When I attempted to play the game, it would start up and I get this error.

Failed to compile global shader FDOFAndBloomGatherFallbackPixelShader

Raise Exception () Address = 0x7c812afb (filename not found)
CxxThrowException() Address = 0x78158e89 (filename not found)
GMatrix2D::Swap() Address = 0x10d98373 (filename not found)
Address = 0xe781b4c (filename not found)

Any ideas?

First Download the latest DirectX version here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=en

After that, Install the latest driver for you Graphic Card and then restart your PC. See if it works.
