The Sims 3 Supernatural problem

i act exactly how to do the ultimate fix and im still getting the 'there was an error during startup'

i have all the expensions (the sims3 blackbox)

when i want to install supernatural he tells me i need to update the sims 3 to 1.38 if not so the setup wont install the game

The BlackBox editions are modified so much that it's almost impossible to provide help via here. Please contact me via the Forum's chatbox when you see me online.
Or, for your and our ease, just remove the BlackBox edition completely and download a non-modified version. For example, the Games4theworld versions!
