Game CTD while loading, but ONLY when WA installed

I have every expansion pack installed, except WA and the game runs fine. I install WA, because a custom map requires it, and the game CTD while still loading. Uninstall WA, works fine again. Installing WA is the only change I am making. If it matters, all of my EPs are pirated, except the base game and WA. Any ideas?
