Combining CC to one package

I download the combining App and there is a problem

Just like @cezra31(His a helper asking to @dieneryn) problem, ( I saw it on chatbox a days ago)

When i open it it says: update your netFramework to 4.(i dont know the other number)

Can you just do it for me and upload it to mediafire.

Also are they Mods or actually Custom Content?
It's NOT recommended to do Mods because if you wanted them updated you'll have to repeat the whole process again with updated ones, since they'll only work for 1.38

but this. http://www.mediafire.com/?218gnjvlpapl615 (i didnt included updatable CCs like overwatch and etc) this is the CCs like Poses, Animations and sliders, so it will work even they are not up-to-date because they dont have updates.
