base game Empty base game

i have no clue on how to install the sims 3 base game, i mean i downloaded and i unrared it, and it had 4 files, do i have to unrar any of those? cause im not understarnding when to mount or anything, im sorry

Hello,

Extract the downloaded .rar file using ONLY WinRAR (Nothing else!) and then read the included "# Installation Guide.txt".
