Store Custom Content Not Showing In Launcher.[SOLVED] Empty Store Custom Content Not Showing In Launcher.[SOLVED]

I can't seem to get my store package files (1-40) to show up in my launcher for install. Sims3packs work with double clicking and install fine. Please help. I've tried everyhing. I did the MTS guide, tried the fixes on cache I read in another thread. I can't get it.

Hello,

Try copying all the .Sims3Pack files (not the folders they are in!) to: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads , then open your launcher, navigate to the "Downloads" tab and choose "Select all" and then "Install".

Ok all custom content in the DL folder work and show up in launcher for install. However, store content does not. Any ideas on a fix or is that what the store fixes on mediafire are for?
