game crashes

hi there,
i installed all expansion packs and updated to 1.39 and used the ultimate fix, but everytime i open the gamelauncher theres a window popping up say theres a scripterror.
at first it didnt matter, i pressed no and when on to the game.
but now it crashes when its loading the game.
i thought to uninstall everything and do the whole process again.. but i still got the same message and its still crashing.
this is printscreen i made from the message.
its in dutch so i hope someone understands.

That shouldn't interfere with gameplay at all so whatever is causing your game to crash, it's not this scripterror.

ok i did step 1 till 7 and it still dont works.
everytime i want to open a land in the game it crashes and restarts the pc.

Try backing up and then completely removing this folder: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3

ok i thought it worked but it crashed again today.. i decided to
uninstall supernatural because it think the problem lies there.. hope

ive got a new pc and very good system requirements.. so i dont think thats the problem;)

no it didnt help.. maybe its the update because i havent had a problem before the update 1.39
