Game crashes at startup after downloading Supernatural

Downloaded the Games4theworld supernatural download, read instructions and downloaded correctly, cleared cache and applied ultimate fix, game crashes at startup.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Any ideas?

Where did you get your base game and other expansions from?

What base game version do you have 1.38 or 1.39, hover over the lower left corner of the base game icon in the launcher.
