Installed Supernatural, game loads then crashes.

Hi, I'm having some troubles with the new supernatural expansion. I only download stuff from you guys, you rock! Anyways the game and all my expansions were working fine before installing supernatural. Everything updated well and was installed fine. I applied the ultimate fix twice but it is still not working. The launcher loads and the first part of the game loads, then I choose my sims and try to play them. The loading screen is on for a couple minutes then it crashes and it says the game has stopped working. Any suggestions? Haven't had this problem before.. Usually I just give up then try it in a week or something lol

No I don't log in to anything EA or sims. I tried everything on the first link and it kind of helped. It's a bit glitchy though, but I'll deal with it when Seasons comes out, thanks for your help!!! I can play it now Smile
