No loading image, no text in some area. [SOLVED]

Hi! First off, I'm new here so... Yep. Excuse me if I do something stupid xD But I'll try my best not to disappoint.

I got the base game and the EPs up to Katy Perry from here
Everything worked fine, until I downloaded Diesel Stuff from here. I followed all the directions and re-read to make sure I did it right.
When starting the game, the loading screen would just be black and the words below the loading bar would overlap and it would just look like a hot mess. Upon entering the game, the words were missing from the main menu.
So I uninstalled Diesel and deleted its entry from the registry. But, when I started the game again, it did the same thing to Katy Perry.
The languages in the registry were already set to English. I Googled, but I couldn't get anything out of the search results.

Any ideas as to how I can fix this maybe?

Forgot to mention that when I load my family, it freezes at the loading screen, so I can't play :c

Oh, yes! I have plenty of CC.
I forgot to mention that I tried running it without the CC, and that also didn't work.

Try backing up and removing this folder completely: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3

OK then, please try this:

*Backup your save games

1. Completely remove The Sims 3 (base game only!) using Your Uninstaller! Pro, which you can download from www.games4theworld.org .
2. Restart your PC.
3. Reinstall the game, using these instructions: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly (Start with step 1 and DO NOT SKIP ANY STEPS!)
4. Test the game and let us know the result, good luck!
