Wedding Gifts Nonexistant

For some odd reason, Whenever my sims go and check their mailbox after they get married, there is nothing in it.
Nothing appears in their family inventory either.
But the option to write Thank you Letters is still present.

I dont know if its a problem anyone else has..but meh..I'm greedy.
Can anyone help me with this?

Note: I haven't updated to the newest patch yet.

This has been an issue with the game since one of the updates earlier this year, it was around the same time Showtime was released. As far as I know, EA knows about this, and just hasn't done anything about it. Along with that, I'm not sure anybody has been able to do anything to change it.

I didnt even have this issue until after i installed Supernatural..meh.
Oh well. lol

Well it's odd that you didn't have the issue until Supernatural, I guess you were just one of the lucky few.
