Ultimate Fix wont fix in-game glitches. [SOLVED]

I recently got a new laptop, but I've downloaded every single expansion pack from you before on my old laptop. I know the steps into properly installing the games, but recently, my game has been glitching. Within my game, I can't open my panel, I cant save characters I create, and any task I click for my sim to perform, it just disappears. I downloaded the sims 3 base game, supernatural, late night, and diesel. I have tried the ultimate fix as well as the manual one THREE times each. The game loads up fine and the graphics look fine, but I cant seem to make my sim do anything or open anything up.

Oh, the Ultimate Fix doesn't fix in-game problems, it's just there to fix updating problems and errors like the "Please insert disc to play" or "Unofficial game modification" etc.

Do you have any Mods or Custom Content?

nope, I just downloaded the base and all the expansions from you guys and did nothing else. It worked fine in the beginning, but started glitching a few days ago.

I tried moving the sims 3 folder and all the expansion folders into a different location, out of the EA folder, but when I clicked on the Sims 3 to start it up, it said it couldnt locate the files.

You moved them out of the program files, not out of your documents. "My documents" is in the same area of the computer as your default pictures and music folders, if that helps. Once you're in that folder, you should see a folder titled Electronic Arts. In there, it should have one folder named The Sims 3. That's the one Lady Eldi is referring to.

AH! It worked! Except..... Now my Supernatural expansion isnt showing up

Yes, I meant that they werent showing up in the launcher, but I just used the ultimate fix again and it appeared again. Thank you for the help on the glitches. My game works perfectly fine now!!!
