Issue after downloading Supernatural

Alright so I downloaded supernatural and sadly since then I haven't been able to really play sims. I can get in, I can make people, but when I try and play the family it sadly doesn't work. It will let me move in, or at least get in, but it selects a sim then in the relationship panel all the portraits are on one side, completely blank, with this ugly dark vomit green color. I cannot click to change anything and I haven't tried to really test if that person that it is set on can do anything. I normally just get so frustrated about not being able to click on different people I just give up within a few moments. Any help please?

Don't shrink your text, it makes it harder to read, I didn't even try to read your text, I just went quote, to get it to normal sized.

Have you used any mods or cc? Backup Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 to your desktop, or rename it The Sims 3 Backup.

Yes I have used both. I went through all of them in groups of about...25? I believe that I had removed the problem then it continued to not work.

Well let's try removing them all again, and see if that works.

Yes, but moving Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3, does more then just check for Mod/CC issues, just normally if moving the folder does fix it, it's usually a mod/cc it could be something else still in the folder.

Okay sooo, just double checking what I need to do, I need to move the Electronic Arts folder to my desktop. Then is that it or what else do I need to do. Sorry just a little confused at the moment >.<

You test the game, see if it runs correctly, if it does, something related to either caches, mods, custom content or such is to blame, so slowly put the folders back into the Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3, until you can encounter the issue again.

If it still doesn't run correctly, you can put it back, just want to make sure it's not something related to it.

Let us know the results.

Okay so I removed the entire folder. It worked although the mood meter and the portrait panels are still the strange dark greenish color and then on the mood meter where it isn't green it's this brown color.

Thank you thank you. Sadly though there is a new problem where I have the Nraas Master Controller installed although it won't show up at all. O.o

Where do you have that installed to? Also, did you get the base module, or one of the add-ons?
